Welcome to the official site for Little Beverly Hills in Palm Springs, California - our quiet little corner of paradise. This website is intended to serve residents and owners who are Members of the Little Beverly Hills Neighborhood Organization. Friends and visitors are also welcome to learn about our community and our interesting history. Little Beverly Hills Neighborhood Organization is a California Domestic Nonprofit Corporation (C3909308) and our members occupy a small enclave of southeast Palm Springs, California. Built between 1957 and 1959, the neighborhood comprises 84 single family homes. The Alexander Construction Company developed the tract and all the detached homes are either William Krisel-designed/Alexander-built, or designed and built by developer Jack Meiselman. Originally named Ramon Rise, our neighborhood earned its nickname from enterprising real estate marketers in the 1990s and onwards, since most of the street names are identical to famous streets in Beverly Hills.
